Front desk staff could improve customer interaction skills!!! Restroom facilities were out of service for guests!!! Rooms need thorough cleaning and maintenance attention!!!

I enjoyed the clean and comfortable room, equipped with all essentials. The staff were genuinely helpful and made check-in a breeze.

Unfortunately, the breakfast was quite limited, and the elevator was out of order during my stay, which made carrying luggage challenging.

Avoid it for families

The shower was spacious and the water pressure was great, which was a rare bright spot. I found the laundry room functional and the room for sizable.

It was pricey, but I guess that's to be expected for a place like this.

So, we stayed one night and honestly, the check-in lady was kinda useless. She acted annoyed when I asked for some milk for breakfast (like, come on, it's just milk! ). At least the housekeeper was nice though! The rooms were clean, and it’s next to a Luby's, which is a plus.

The beds were incredibly comfortable, making it tough to leave, and the shower was refreshing. But I found a used wrapper in my room, which was disappointing.

This place suits me perfectly! I love the free Wi-Fi, comfy non-smoking rooms, and the seasonal outdoor pool. The staff even gave me a local taxi tip on my first stay. I'm coming back for a romantic escape!
